🔧 How do I install the camera?

Our cameras are plug-and-play. Simply connect the camera to a power source, download the Ease Life App, and follow the pairing instructions via WiFi (2.4 GHz only). No wiring or technical expertise needed.

📱 Is there a mobile app?

Yes. You can download the Ease Life App on both iOS and Android. It lets you control your camera remotely, rotate the lens, activate night vision modes, and review recordings in real time.

🌙 Does it work at night?

Absolutely. The Seequor camera includes 3 night vision modes:

• Infrared (black & white)

• Full-color night vision

• Light & sound alarm night mode

It automatically switches based on lighting or can be controlled manually.

💬 Can I talk through the camera?

Yes. The camera features two-way audio. You can hear what’s happening and speak directly via the app — perfect for deliveries, pets, or warning intruders.

💾 How is video stored?

You can record footage in two ways:

• MicroSD card (up to 128GB, not included)

• Cloud storage (optional subscription in the app)

Your footage remains private and encrypted.

🛠️ What if I have an issue with the product?

We’ve got you covered. All Seequor products come with a 1-year warranty. If you encounter a problem, our support team is available 7/7 to assist you.

🚚 How long is delivery?

We ship within 48 hours.

Delivery time to your country varies, but typically ranges from 4 to 7 business days via Express International or PostNord (for Sweden).

🔁 What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after delivery to return your item if it’s not right for you. Products must be returned in original condition.

🌍 Can I use it outdoors?

Yes. The camera is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, with a weather-resistant casing and wide-angle 360° coverage.

🔒 Is my data secure?

Yes. Your videos are encrypted and can only be accessed through your app account. We never share or sell your footage. We are fully GDPR compliant.
